THE South African Transport and Allied Workers Union (Satawu), together with the Congress of South African Trade Unions, has taken on appeal a judgment of the Supreme Court of Appeal that ruled that a section in the Regulation of Gatherings Act was not inconsistent with the constitutional right to assemble and demonstrate peacefully.
NSA will be hosting training courses for Close Protection Officers.
